In partnering with us as a vendor or sponsor companies have the unique opportunity to reach gate keepers that influence families with young children.

Vendor Space: The vendor area is an adjoining room to the seminar hall.  Participants will have to enter the vendor room in order to access the seminar. This allows vendors continuous access to attendees.

Expected Attendance: Intimate seminar with less than 100 influential participants

Demographic: Women ages 25-55, Families with babies, Health care Professionals, Nurses, Midwives, Lactation Consultants, Doulas and Childbirth Educators

Parties attending this seminar either make or influence key health care decisions, especially those concerning pregnancy and babies.  Also, attendees advise or make decisions regarding related products and services for pregnant women and their families.

Vendor Registration

All vendor fees are non-refundable, without exceptions.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit vendors, sponsors, and advertisers.  

Ad copy for seminar booklet must be emailed to askbabies@gmail.com by April 4, 2011.

The Exhibitor Hall will be available during the seminar from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.  Set-up will begin at 7:00 am on May 13, 2011 at 1787 Tribute Rd, Suite A, Sacramento CA 95815
